Job Description:
Public Land is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our customers and ensure a high level of service. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with orders, answering product-related questions, and resolving any issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different types of customers.
Proficiency with computers and basic software (CRM, Excel, Google Workspace).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.
